LEE WALTON
1.How long have you been with MMCS?
Since the summer of 2008. I joined part way through the rehearsals for 'Thoroughly Modern Millie'.
2.Your role in MMCS?
In addition to participating in productions, I'm on the committee as the Assistant Treasurer.
3.Favourite musical, and why?
Evita. Many years ago I was lucky enough to be selected to be one of the children in a professional touring production when it came through my hometown in Canada. It's stuck with me ever since.
4.Which animal are you most like and why?
I suppose I'm a lot like a cat. I love to take naps, I can be picky about what I eat, and I like affection on my own terms.
5.If you could invite 3 people to dinner (dead or alive), who would they be?
My dear friends Bree, Sandhya and Kent from Canada who I miss dearly.
6.X Factor or Strictly and why?
X Factor. I've been watching it for years and while it can be frustrating, it's very entertaining. Plus I like to imagine what songs I'd choose. As for the other (and there's no offence intended) I can only take so much 'Brucie'. I think he's an aquired taste
7.Favourite food?
Cheese. If I could, I'd have it melted on top of everything! Mmmmmm.
8.Favourite holiday destination?
Middle Beach Lodge in Tofino on Vancouver Island. It's a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Nothing better than sitting in the main lodge by the fireplace with a coffee and a freshly baked muffin while the Pacific crashes on the rocks below. Bliss!
9.Dream job?
Back-up singer for a huge pop star. None of the pressure, but all the fun!
10. If you won the lottery, how would you spend the winnings?
I'd start off by making sure all my loved ones were sorted out (mortgages, loans, etc. paid off) then I'd buy my dream home in Vancouver and start travelling the world - first class! There would definately have to be some money for my favourite charities as well. A full radio mic system for MMCS anyone?
