1.How long have you been with MMCS?
Since Spring 1997. Have Directed 10 major musicals, choreographed 11 shows but appeared in only 3!
2.Your role in MMCS?
Chairman for 8 years I should have some experience to pass on.
3.Favourite musical, and why?
So many how can I choose? All the big dancing musicals - 42nd Street; Crazy For You (Gershwin music) , Chicago and of course Singin' in the Rain. Barnum is also great as there are so many other skills you have to learn. Shows which have a 'feel happy' atmosphere.
4.Which animal are you most like and why?
Cat family A pussy cat when things are going fine but a lion when people overstep the mark and become objectionable.
5.If you could invite 3 people to dinner (dead or alive), who would they be?
Shirley Maclaine - really admire her dancing etc.
Shirley Bassey - a great performer - one of the few!
Can't think of a third Shirley so it would have to be someone like Gene Kelly
The talk would obviously be all about Show Business!
6.X Factor or Strictly and why?
What a question - STRICTLY of course- One needs talent to dance well!!!!!
7.Favourite food?
Thai cuisine
8.Favourite holiday destination?
Was (before being caught in the Tsunami) and probably still is Thailand. A land of wonderful smiling, happy people.
9.Dream job?
Must I go back to working again???? Ah well on the production team of a West End Musical
10. If you won the lottery, how would you spend the winnings?
Producing and probably directing a West End Musical
